USDA Forest Service
Site is maintained by the USDA Forest Service and is a wealth of information on fire ecology.

National Fire Plan
Hosted by the National Fire Plan, which is part of the USDA and the Department of the Interior this site contains state summary reports, current initiatives and has data on existing fires.

National Association of State Foresters
The National Association of State Foresters is a non-profit organization with representation from all states.
