The Tutor Center
The mission of The Tutor Center is to help US and Canadian college students of all abilities and backgrounds utilize textbooks published by the Addison-Wesley Higher Education Group under the Addison-Wesley, Allyn&Bacon, Benjamin Cummings and Longman imprints.

We are a group of scholars dedicated to the transfer of knowledge. Our approach with students is highly interactive, providing both knowledge of the academic discipline and methods for study of that discipline. We respect education as an avenue for individual growth and acknowledge that this process can be challenging for many reasons. We provide a human touch as we support the textbooks and various media products published by our group.

Apple ® QuickTime ® Needed to view full-screen video and streamed media, or hear audio files in any of 30 audio, video and image formats, including Flash. Java ™ Plug-in Needed to view the Virtual Classroom and Lightweight Chat sessions in CourseCompass. Macromedia ® Flash ™ Needed to improve viewing of high-fidelity web sites. Macromedia Shockwave ® Needed to run animations in some courses.
