Scharme Smith
Since 1992, Ms. Smith has served as the Director of Education, International Business College in Indianapolis, Indiana. Responsibilities include student body supervision, curriculum development, accreditation compliance, budget planning and accountability, event planning, and faculty development, recruiting, and evaluation. Scharme attended St. Francis College and Butler University.
Kevin Keehan
Kevin Keehan is Dean of Academics and Director of Education at Southwestern College in Franklin, OH. His commitment to faculty development, involvement, and accountability has helped his campus reach a student retention rate of more than 90%. Kevin is currently a doctoral candidate, working on an EdD in Educational Leadership and Change. His research is directed toward "High Risk Proprietary College Student Retention through Engaged Learning Experiences in the Classroom".
Sunand Bhattacharya
Prior to co-founding Arjuna Learning designs, LLC, Sunand worked more than twenty-four years in both the public and proprietary higher education arenas. Prior to forming ALD, he was the National Director for Corporate Curriculum Development at ITT Educational Services, Inc. He has served on many accreditation teams, and studied at the National Institute of Design in Indiana and Ohio State University.
